House rules

Each house, room or appartment has a set of predefined rules which has been handed out when you moved in. If your copy has been lost, feel free to contact us!

 

As a general rule when living in our dorm-rooms are that we expect all tennats to agree internally on the details. We don't dictate when you tend the garden, clean the kitchen or wash the floors - however, we do expect the requirements of the house order and the contract to be met.

As a tennant, you are obliged to the following;

  • Parking is only allowed on the predefined spots
  • Pets are only allowed with a written approval from us
  • Dryers are to be emptied and cleaned after each use
  • Washing machines and soap drawer are to be kept clean  
  • Dishwashers are to be clean and have the filters cleansed weekly. Salt & rinse aid to be added as described in the manual
  • Drains in showers and kitchen are to be rinsed on a weekly basis w/ boiling water (and a bit of dish soap) to avoid clogging
  • Garbage is to be placed only in the bins. Larger pieces of garbage must be disposed by the tennant.
  • Gardens are to be kept tidy, hedges trimmed and sidewalks sweeped (and salted during winter)
  • All mail addressed to house owner or similar, with relevans for the owners, must immediately be forwarded to admin (at) don-ejendomme.dk as it can be important information regarding utilities or similar.

A faliure to comply with the above will result in a written warning initially and ultimately a repair/fixing at the tennants cost.
