Moving In
When moving in the typical process would be the following:
Pre-requisite:
Agree and recieve the final contract(s) in signed form and pay the deposit and rent
Step 1:
Arrange a date for moving in and conducting the handover walkthrough of the lease. On the day of the obligatory walkthrough, you will go through the room or appartment with a representative ensuring that everything is in order, functioning and as expected. This includes freshly painted, oiled floors, all power outlets, radiators and appliences are working etc.
Step 2:
Once step 1 is completed you will recieve the keys, a signed report of the initial state of the room/appartment and needed info to access wifi & tv.
We recommend that you document and photograf the interior thoroughly on the day of handover. And that you within the first week ensure to test all functionalities of your lease. In case that you should find something that does live up to your expectations, you must let us know within the first 14 days of your lease.
Furthermore, most of the houses have a shared Facebook group to coordinate activities - so reach out to your roomies or neighbours and be sure to join & participate.
